• Refunds are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Items

• Due to the inherently potent essence of our merchandise, we regretfully cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened or tampered with. Our range of products is dedicated to applications within esoteric rituals, white and black magic, cleansing, and moorings, among others, wherein the energies of individuals hold significant sway. Any alteration or handling of these items by external energies or individuals jeopardizes the integrity and efficacy of these products for others.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.  

Canceled Orders

• Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a full refund.
• If an order has already been shipped, the standard refund policy will apply once you receive your package and process a return.
